Ever wonder why a job posted for months is still posted, even afterward an interview?

You conduct an Internet job search and notice a job that is the perfect fit for yous.

You apply, but get no response…

Nothing shocking, I know.

Only so, as yous continue searching, you lot continue seeing the same job that yous are supremely qualified for, posted in diverse online outlets for months and months.

Argh! Why is this happening?

It may be frustrating, but there are actually several reasons, and information technology may have null to exercise with how qualified you or whatsoever of the other applicants are.

Why The Task You Desire is Still Posted Months Subsequently

1. The position has a high turnover charge per unit and in order to ensure a fresh puddle of candidates, the job is constantly advertised.
